How did you get started with music?
I've first of all discovered my passion for music when I was pretty young. I would always be fascinated by musical instruments even though I couldn't play. It was strange. And growing up, I would document different elements of my life and put them into writing which led me to start writing songs. Eventually, I gathered the courage to get in touch with some people and started recording music and telling my stories through lyrics.

What’s your songwriting process like? Do you also produce your own tracks?
I usually start writing the lyrics first because I often have random words popping up in my head, and then follows the sound. It could also be the other way around but it's usually the way I proceed. I don't produce my own tracks but I make sure to be involved in the production process as much as possible in order to preserve my musical identity.
How have you been adjusting to quarantine and staying inspired?
To be honest with all these lockdowns, I've had more free time than I ever had in my entire life so writing is pretty much all I do among other things but quarantine has definitely impacted my inspiration. I have been able to focus more on being creative and open to new ideas.
You released your first single, “Double-Faced” last year – what made you want to release this specific song first to introduce yourself as an artist?
Before releasing 'Double-Faced' as my debut single, I had a very serious and enlightening internal debate and I finally thought that if I want to introduce myself in this industry, I might as well be transparent and that's what I've done. I was going through a really rough patch and I'm still fighting my inner demons till this day. So this is what I talked about writing this song back then and I don't think I'd ever regret putting it out as my debut single.
What inspired your new single “Supergirls?”
'Supergirls' was written in a much different headspace than 'Double-Faced'. First, I'm a big Thin Lizzy fan so I was thinking if The Boys Are Back in Town then let the girls rule the town too lol. I actually was nostalgic about the pre-coronavirus time where we could go out and have fun without any worry and care in the world so I wrote the song through the perspective of girls just having fun and being reckless.
What upcoming projects can your listeners look forward to?
I've been working on my debut EP which should be out some time next summer so stay tuned!
What was the last show you binged-watched?
Bridgerton! Brilliant show :D
If you weren't doing music, what would you be doing?
I would either be a short-story writer or work in a charity. Or both!
If you could tour with any artist/band, who would it be?
Courtney Love/Hole
One place you want to travel to?
I've always wanted to go to Sicily! I've heard amazing stuff about the place!
